Biometric travel verification system for foreign arrivals, designed by the Biz Dev App team.
Status: system design and pilot proposal. No kiosks are built or deployed, no certifications are held, and no government contract exists today.
Key facts: built for the foreigner lane that citizen-only systems (Vietnam VNeID, India DigiYatra) do not serve. Pre-enrollment tied to Vietnam's mandatory Digital Arrival Card. Kiosks integrate certified off the shelf components: ICAO Doc 9303 document reading, face with depth, fingerprint, ISO/IEC 30107-3 liveness testing path, FIDO2 passkey identity binding. Processing stays in country on ROSE edge compute. XODIAK stores attestations and hashes only, never raw biometrics. Travelers who decline biometrics keep the staffed manual lane.
